Associated has been continuously engaged in television and radio broadcast media and data transmission construction for the past fifteen years. Now recognized as an industry leader, Associated has repeatedly built award winning television studio production and data facilities for television broadcast giants.

The complexity and dollar volume of commercial and corporate office projects are simply too great to rely on chance. Every day, competitive bids come in too high, causing expensive delays, revisions and lost construction time. To the contrary, Associated works with the design team to deliver the cost analysis and value engineering needed to achieve maximum quality within the owners budget.
Industrial & Environmental
Associated’s roots lie in industrial contracting. Our dependability, performance, quality and on-time schedules have earned us steady work in this very technical and complicated niche market. Having completed treatment plants for municipalities and other work for companies such as Pratt & Whitney, Sikorsky, and Stanley Black & Decker, Associated is more than capable of handling industrial and environmental construction needs.
Institutional
Associated has many years of experience in building institutional and educational facilities. We understand and can accommodate the challenges of an occupied higher education campus in addition to the need to finish on time and within budget. Associated continues to successfully meet the needs of any campus facility, whether it’s a cafeteria, biology lab, greenhouse, generator building or sports complex.
Interior Fit-outs
Of particular relevance to many of our clients is Associated’s experience in interior space renovations, fit-outs and retrofits in both the private and public sectors. Working in occupied buildings and on active business and education campuses is a sensitivity that Associated takes seriously.
LEED Certified
Associated Construction promotes the construction of USGBC LEED Certified projects. Our LEED team fully understands the requirements, rating system, and levels of certification outlined by USGBC and is ready to implement these standards on any LEED seeking project. We aim to incorporate all of these requirements and monitor reporting while supplying value engineering options during preconstruction to minimize costs.
Medical
Associated, a trusted name in the delivery of advanced, state of the art healthcare facilities, has kept current on trends in the industry with its seasoned staff of both ASHE and ICRA certified and LEED accredited professionals. Whether a project requires new construction, renovation to critical care suites, public spaces, or infrastructure redesign / relocations, Associated is equipped to handle program and design goals.
Religious
Religious projects have consistently been part of Associated’s portfolio of new construction, additions and renovations. The Catholic Church has hired Associated on numerous occasion as a General Contractor or Construction Manager on such varying projects including churches, educational facilities and church-sponsored housing.
Residential
The construction costs and financing involved in large residential and congregate housing projects are substantial. Return on investment is critical to an owner of a project and Associated works alongside the client from the inception of a project to ensure that it is cost effective.
