    Location: Hartford, CT


Opening for full time construction superintendent. Responsible for on-site logistics, safety, quality control, scheduling, budget analysis, interpretation of plans & specs, punchlist and closeout. Must have 5 or more years’ experience as a superintendent in the construction industry, preferably with a Construction Management or General Contracting firm. College degree required, although substantial experience in some cases may be accepted as a substitute. Position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook & Prolog. Must have valid driver’s license and/or ability to travel to various job sites. Must be OSHA-10, CPR and First Aid certified. Excellent communication skills are essential as job involves interaction with all company departments, as well as with architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors and the general public. Work is often performed under demanding deadlines with short time constraints. Good working knowledge of construction means, methods, techniques, practices, equipment, tools and materials is essential. Competitive compensation and benefit package.
