The Associated Construction Company was the General Contractor for a $1.5 million, 10,000 sf. “futuristic” style addition to the Dodd Middle School in Cheshire, CT. The project involved the construction of a new classroom and science lab wing for the existing middle school. The HVAC system was branched off of the centralized central building system. Associated routinely managed the installation of the ductwork, exhaust, ventilation system, etc. The job posed no significant challenges to our project management skills and was completed on time and budget.
