Windsor Station is a 130-unit market rate, transit-oriented residential apartment development proximate to the Windsor Train Station. The 130 units are made up of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, studios, and ADAs.

The development concept is premised upon transit-oriented living in a less densely populated area. The project abuts a walking path/running trail and pond.

Features of the facility include a community room, fitness center, dog park, electric car charging station, bike storage room, and an outdoor BBQ area.

Sitework and renovation of the existing building for the development require significant remediation due to soil contamination and hazardous materials from prior industrial use of the property.
