Cynthia joined ACC in September 2022 as the Manager of Human Resources. She has over ten years of HR experience working in the Nonprofit and Corporate sectors. She earned her bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut and her master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. Cynthia works strategically with the Leadership team to provide a high level of quality service that supports the mission and vision of the agency. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends during her time off.
