Build out of New Medical Offices for GI Resident Physicians included five new medical offices, a new conference room, an employee break room, and a lavatory restroom.
Challenges:
The entirely new mechanical system and services had to be installed through active hospital facilities where restricted access and care services could not be interrupted. Coordination was critical with and among multiple hospital facility departments, with much work taking place off hours.
